How much should we share?

It can be hard to judge what is right or wrong and how much or little we should share of our children, their struggles and their achievements. Especially with the increased use of social media and pressures of sharing updates for the world to see.

We feel like a 'less is more' approach is best. Once we put something out there to the world, it is mpossible to get it back, and it is also impossible to really monitor whose eyes can access it.

That being said, there are some amazing communtities who can offer support and relief when you feel like the only person in the world going through challenging times.

Wether your child has additional needs, behavioural problems, is going through a tough transition, there are hubs of other people going through the same thing which can be the greatest supprot system. But do we ever really know who is behind the screen and who is sharing that advice?

As they say ' a problem shared, is a problem halved!' However, we suggest sharing problems only with friends, family and professionals.
